In these challenging and ever-changing times, we firstly hope that you and yours are safe and well. We may not be able to control the circumstances we find ourselves in, but we can endeavour to control how we respond to them and we will continue to be positive and focus on the good that will undoubtedly come from them, whilst doing our best to minimise the negative impacts we will all feel.
Your health and safety while on a Speleo Canyon Ariege tour remains our top priority. Reducing the spread of COVID-19 is an important responsibility for all of us. We are closely monitoring updates and respecting (but not fully adhering to) the guidelines issued by the French government and health services.
For these different reasons, we have updated our health and commercial policy:
- Our Speleo Canyon Ariege training center has been open since July 1, 2020.
- We continue to manage your reservations for the summer at home, a reception is maintained outside the premises in Niaux.
- We have decided to organize all future outings until August 1st only in small groups in order to welcome only your friends and you and to avoid mixing with strangers to minimize the risk of contamination.
- We understand that you may need to change your plans for your stay in Ariège, and we support you in your choices to preserve your safety. This is why we have relaxed our standard cancellation conditions, until September 1st, they allow a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the service.
- In order to comply with the strictest hygiene standards, we are currently disinfecting all our equipment.
As the days, weeks and months go by, we will update our policies based on the latest guidance.
