COVID-19 / SCA Policy

In these difficult and ever changing times, we hope, firstly, that you and yours are safe and well. We may not be able to control the circumstances that we find ourselves in but we can strive to control how we react to them and we will continue to be positive and focus on the good that will undoubtedly arise, while trying our best to minimise the negative impacts we will all be feeling.
Your health and safety on a Speleo Canyon Ariege tour remains our top priority. Reducing the spread of COVID-19 is a serious responsibility for all of us. We are following the updates closely and respecting (but not fully adhering) to guidelines issued by the French Government and health services.
For these several reason, we’ve updated our health and commercial policy:
– Our training center Speleo Canyon Ariege is open since 01st of July.
– We continue to operate your booking for the summer at home and we welcome you outside the center.
– We’ve decided to organize all the next tours until the 1st August only with reduce groups in order to welcome only your friends and you and to avoid to mix you with unknown people to minimise the risk of contamination.
– We understand that you may need to change your plans for your stay in Ariege, and we support you in your choices to preserve your safety. This is why we have relaxed our standard cancellation conditions, until 1st September, they allow a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the service.
– In order to stay at the highest hygiene standards, we are now disinfecting all of our equipment.
As we move through the days, weeks and months ahead we will update our policies according to the latest guidance.
