The Artigue Canyon is located at the end of the Vicdessos Valley, past Auzat. It is easy and grand—just longer than its neighbor, the Marc Canyon. It is excellent for learning canyoning with friends or family. It is the most complete and varied canyon in Ariège and one of the most beautiful canyons in the Pyrenees. A canyon descent that is not to be missed before joining us on the more sporty canyons.

Artigue Canyon

The Artigue Canyon is a true gem of canyoning in Ariège, combining grand landscapes and thrilling sensations! From the approach hike, enjoy an exceptional panorama of the Montcalm massif (3,000 m), before diving into a natural setting with vibrant colors: lush greenery, orange schist reflections, and crystal-clear water.

This progressive course allows you tolearn all the technics of canyoning, with an appropriate support. The descente combine impressive jumps (6 to 10 meters, always optional), XXL slides (4 to 8 meters) and a spectacular 30m zip line at the end !

A sunny and watery mountain canyon, perfect for a dynamic initiation and an unforgettable day filled with emotions and sensations!

Equipment to provide

Swimsuit (avoid shorts) and change of clothes. If needed: shorts for the approach hike, glasses strap, hair tie for long hair. (Picnic lunch + water)…
