🐾 Living Cave & Underground Canyon: what can you expect from your aquatic adventure combo? 🦇

Far from ordinary outdoor activities, this full-day experience immerses you in two complementary worlds designed to flow naturally from one to the other.

Start by exploring the Vicdessos aquatic cave, a fascinating underground river where you’ll learn the basics of abseiling. After a well-deserved lunch break, continue with the descent of the Marc Canyon, wild and vertical, with its narrow waterfalls, natural slides and spectacular hidden passages.

Guided throughout the day by a passionate professional, you’ll set off in a small group for a progressive, immersive adventure suitable from the age of 13. You’ll learn how to abseil without pressure, move through an astonishing mineral world and gently push your limits, all in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Between the two activities, take time to relax in the sunshine and enjoy your picnic by the river before heading back out together for the afternoon. To finish this intense day, a friendly final drink awaits you in the garden of our centre, to extend the smiles and memories.

Aquatic Exploration is much more than a caving or canyoning trip: it’s a complete and rare experience, tailor-made for those who want to enjoy a true nature adventure in Ariège, between darkness and light.

An intense and fun canyon-caving combo, for those who want to experience both caving and canyoning in the same day, in a small group, and in a 100% natural setting.

A unique combo :
- Morning: Explore an astonishing underground aquatic cave in the Vicdessos underground canyon,
- Afternoon: Vertical descent in the narrow Marc Canyon nestled in the heart of the Vicdessos Valley.

> The Vicdessos Underground Canyon — The more challenging expedition

For the most adventurous, this underground traverse is a true mini-expedition. Entry is via rappel into the darkness, followed by exploration through narrow passages, unusual galleries, and progression along an impressive underground river. Thrills guaranteed, culminating in natural underground slides, canyoning-style, before emerging into the soft light of a summer evening at the valley floor. An intense, unforgettable outing.
